2. What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay your registration fees with a check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. If you do not want to use your credit card for on-line registration or fax the number, please call Dawn Miller at the Chapter office 702-656-8827 and she will assist you.
4. Where do the testing and training sessions take place?
The testing and training sessions are always in Las Vegas. The specific location for your training/ testing class will be included in the confirmation letter you receive once you have registered. We will also enclose a map to the facility.
5. What is your certification session cancellation policy?
What is your certification session cancellation policy? You can cancel your registration for the certification session up to 72 hours (3 business days) prior to your first scheduled night of attendance and receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your first scheduled night of attendance or do not show up for your scheduled testing, you will forfeit your entire registration fee.
